How it works
The SEO assistant is integrated as a button in the META specifications in the Drupal CMS. One click opens a modal box, a small window that opens above the current page to facilitate input without leaving the page. Editors enter short descriptive words or phrases in this modal box. The Assistant then automatically generates a suitable SEO title and SEO description. These are displayed in a preview and automatically inserted into the corresponding fields after confirmation.

Result
The improved workflow enables the efficient and consistent creation of SEO content - without any additional briefing.

Next steps
We plan to expand the functionality of the SEO assistant and collect user feedback in order to make continuous improvements. In addition, further features such as the automatic captioning of images or SEO-optimised page templates could follow, which are particularly important in terms of accessibility.
