“Why was this decision made?” Everyone in the company has probably asked themselves this question at some point. Very few people are concerned with knowing every detail or having been involved in every decision. What’s much more important is understanding why things are changing and what’s really behind them.

We’ve also noticed something in the process: Bringing up a topic just once is rarely enough. Some people have questions right away, while others don’t address it until later. That’s why we revisit important topics multiple times, answer questions, and share updates as soon as there’s something new.
Without this guidance, misunderstandings can quickly arise. Teams end up working at cross-purposes, tasks get duplicated, or decisions are called into question because key background information isn’t truly understood.
Trust, therefore, isn’t built through perfect messages, but through the way we communicate with one another - openly, clearly, and at the right time. Not too early, but also not only after rumors have already started circulating.
For us at empiriecom, transparency therefore means one thing above all else: keeping people in the loop. Not by sharing everything, but by passing on the information that helps people understand decisions and work together toward a common goal.
